Celebrating God’s Love Through Worship
We are a ministry family that is connected by our love for God and our church and our callings to music and the arts. This ministry is made up of many opportunities to present Christ’s message through singing, dance and visual arts, whether it be in the adult choir, orchestra, young adult or children’s choir, choreography and drama teams, or annual theater productions.

Capital Choir
Our 100+ adult choir rehearses on Wednesdays in the Sanctuary from 6:45-8:30pm and sing in the 8am and 9:30am Sunday services. The Capital Choir also sings in seasonal events, concerts, and productions. |

Capital Orchestra
Our orchestra rehearses for the 8am and 9:30am services on Thursdays from 6:00-7:00pm in the Sanctuary. |

|
Worship Band
Our worship band plays for the 8am and 9:30am services and rehearses on Thursdays from 6:00-7:00pm. This auditioned team of players is scheduled to play on a rotating basis. |

Fusion (Young Adult Choir)
Our college and early career choir rehearses on Sundays from 10:15-11am in S4 and sings monthly in the Sunday morning services. |

The Hide & Seek Club (Elementary Choirs)
Our graded choirs (K-5th grade) rehearse during the school year on Wednesdays from 6-6:45pm and present a worship concert in the Fall and a musical in the Spring.
The 678 Youth Choir (Middle School Choir)
Our middle school youth choir (6th, 7th, 8th grade) meets during the Fall and Spring on Wednesdays at 6pm in the Fireside room. They peform in our youth and main services, Fall concert and a 3-day tour in May.

Theatre Arts Throughout the year, the Music & Creative Arts team produce major theatrical events (the Singing Christmas Tree, Easter, worship concerts, children’s musicals, etc.). These are great opportunities to involve people with giftings in various theatrical skills (set design and construction, costuming, hair and makeup, dance, drama, lighting, etc.). The Music and Creative Arts team is always adding names and contact information to our inventory list so we can call on those who wish to be used when the opportunity arises. |
